Who is the Michael Schenker of Christian musicians?

Seems like we got a replacement for everyone else, but Schenker is unique.  Maybe there weren't wasn't enough going on in the Christian industry at the time to promote a player of his caliber.  I'm really not interested in a debate over should there be x musician = x Christian musician debate.   Queensryche = Haven, Ratt = Whitecross, Motley Crue = Chaotic Resemblence, etc...

Dave Beegle perhaps?  Keaggy is way too mellow and probably too structured to compare to Schenker's improvisational style.

Glenn Kaiser?  Although he may be too bluesy whereas Schenker is nearly a perfect amalgamation of blues and rock.

Rex Carroll? He's better than Schenker though.

You really think Rex is better? I find him overly redundant at times.

Yeah, you're right.

Rex is definitely the EVH of christian metal.  Van was the innovator,  and though I like Eddie,  I always liked what Rex did with that innovation better. Also, Rex's melodic rhythmical sensibilities really shines through and is quite stunning on those first four albums for those that have ears.

I disagree. 

Michael has a feel to his playing that is unique to only him. Rex maybe a good technical player, but he has never written any classics like Michael did with Scorpions and UFO.

Dennis Cameron from (Angelica) is the John Sykes of Christian rock. Nice heavy riffs with melodic sensibility.

When I look out over the landscape I do not see a Christian version of Michael Schenker.  
But I will make a plug here, don't forget Tony Palacios, he is an extraordinary guitar player.   
Tone, feel, note choices, instinct...I think he often gets overlooked.
