One full listen and it's now stuck in my hand. It's a fantastic song.

They have song titles based on political slogans now?  That will age as well as the old PMRC lyrics did.

Don't be naive, dude...Of course it is a reference to Trump slogan. 

I just don't know if it is supportive or critical intention with this song. (I havent't heard it yet). And I don't know the political stand of the Writer (which I am assuming is Michael Sweet).

And I honestly don't even care too much about it. I will face it just as rock and roll, entertainment and fun.

Stryper(M. Sweet) is a master at creating album and song titles and album artwork that will get people talking...it’s almost genius and a great way to sell records. Personally, if it rocks and the message is truth then I’m fine with it.

I'm trying to understand one of the lines in the first verse to Make Love Great Again. Here is the complete first verse up to the chorus for context:

I've been tryin' to get it right
Tears I'm cryin'
Dark as night
These times are changing so am I
I'm rearranging wrong from right

Hope is alive
It never died

Make love great again
Fight for it til the end
Don't let the darkness in
Make love great again

The line I'm trying to figure out is, "I'm rearranging wrong from right". On their first album the Yellow and Black Attack, they sing, "I've changed my ways from wrong to right." it seems like on Make Love Great Again Michael is saying something different, unless he is saying he is correcting past mistakes or not repeating past mistakes. Any thoughts?

It seems like in that particular verse he’s saying that life’s been tough and though he knows right from wrong; we all fall short and sin Or make mistakes...and have to daily confess our sins. Nobody is perfect...and it’s a daily struggle sometimes. 

The more I listen to this song I really like it...this and Blood from Above are good Stryper songs...so far this album is sounding quite good!

Im sure its a ref. to Trump since Michael Sweet is a trump supporter. Unless thats changed since i unfollowed Stryper

I actually like the album title of this, that to me is as solid a title as most past releases, to the point i might check this out  Maybe they got out of that few album funk
