MORTIFICATION/DETONATION 2001 tour question

Does anyone here know the specific date on which Mortification & Detonation played their last European tour show together in Holland/Netherlands?  On the Conquer the World DVD, Amsterdam is mentioned on screen, but I think the gig was actually in a city named Zeist just outside of Utrecht?  I'm pretty sure it was either the 29th or 30th of June...can anybody verify the date and/or venue?

Thanks.  Those articles were about the best I could turn up, too.  It's still somewhat ambiguous, unfortunately.  In another interview, Detonation mentions playing Holland on June 29 or 30 (they weren't sure), so given the "AMSTERDAM" caption on the DVD footage it leaves me unsure of whether they played both Amsterdam *and* Zeist, or if there was only one gig in Holland and Mortification just referred to the city as Amsterdam for the heck of it?
