Not bad.  I swear I saw these guys a few years back, another one of those "oldest dude at the show" deals.....and you know they say the memory is the first thing to go.....

Not all war is bad and not all the innocent are fought for. I feel like giving this a pass along with most modern metal/hard music since they refuse to acknowledge murder in the womb. Oh give me back the 1980s when Christian metal openly addressed child killing and homosexuality instead of giving them a pass as just "social issues".

EDIT: I will start a new thread

As a fan of -core music, I don't understand the hype around this band. They aren't bad, just extremely average and unoriginal. Jake Luhrs/ABR on the other hand... Metal 2 I could see how a show would be fun though Smile

Yea idk why I even enjoy them that much to tell ya the truth.

I originally passed on buying their stuff until about 8 months ago when I found a free download of Creation/Destruction from Solid State that I received sometime before.

I put it on my I-Pod and found myself returning more and more to the album, eventually I began checking out all their other stuff and they really have grown on me. I have to say now that they are one of my favorite bands that's still touring (alongside Phinehas and Silent Planet).

If these new songs sound generic I encourage you to listen to C/D and give it a chance to grow on you Laughing

Oh yeah... That album was on my purchase list for a while; I listened to it on youtube a couple times and did enjoy it. Well-executed generic metalcore, just didn't pique my interest over stuff like Texas in July I guess.

Phinehas and Silent Planet are really good though!

Already calling album of the year for me!

Picked up my copy at the album release show last night!

Gotta say every song is great!

The lyrical content is superb as well, last nights show was awesome because they got an extended set list and they played 4 new songs, 6 songs off of Creation Destruction and 2 of off Slave To Nothing Circle Dance Metal 1
