I was thinking that it was until I checked their website and it said that this band started in 2011.  Those other two albums by the other Armor of God came out long before that.  But, with the same name and a female vocalist, I assumed it was the same as well.

I think that might just be a coincidence.  If you look at the bands bio on their website they appear to all be from Puerto Rico (Encyclopedia Metallum says they are from Florida).  The bio hints that they are probably a bit too young to have released an album in the 90's. The newer band also has a male and two female singers.  The original AOG had a single female vocalists (who sounded very "American") from what I remember.  I could be wrong, but I really think they are two separate bands.

Also this review of the "Out of Egypt" album names a different band members when compared to newer band, they also claim the group is out of Alabama.

I'm pretty sure they are 2 different bands. But, I like the older one too, which I hadn't heard about before either.

Pretty decent band, I may pick up the cd.

Yeah, two completely different Armor of God bands.

I downloaded their album and I am impressed!  It was a worthy addition to the coolection!
