Snare drum reverb Empty Snare drum reverb

Does anyone know if there is a program that can be downloaded to edit drum tracks and beef up the reverb on the snare, especially? An example would be in this video:

I'm no audio engineer, just a music lover, and I like the drums to have that 80's sound to them.

Actually, I don't have any instruments. What I'm asking is this: Is there a program (kind of like Audacity) that lets you edit that kind of thing on music that's been ripped to a computer?

You can't really do that to a finished mix. You need a separate snare track, a gate processor and reverb effect. It's pretty simple to achieve that 80s snare sound while recording / mixing an album but you can't really add this sound to an already finished master...
