LOVE LIKE GRAVITY - New Album "Break The Silence" (Tony Palacios guests)

While not a favorite genre, this album grabbed my attention and it's really well-done.
Nothing super-original but the songs really gel and the vocalist is really good.
  
This is my favorite album so far in 2022 which is unusual but hey, glad I found it....

The band is heavy modern rock in the vein of Decyfer Down, Breaking Benjamin, RED, Anberlin, Seventh Day Slumber, POD, Kutless, Chevelle, Trapt, Disciple, and Pillar.

Anyone know about this band?  They do well on the Christian charts but seem to fly under the radar for the most part.

Tony Palacios from Guardian plays the guitar solo on "Thorn."   He also produced their first album but not this one, the band did this one themselves.

I'm not a huge fan of modern metal but that sounds pretty good.  They have a good singer (who doesn't sound whiny like a lot of modern metal bands seem to have).

My thoughts exactly.  I'm not really a modern metal fan but this band is very palatable to me, and even interesting.

Out of the bands you mentioned I only listen consistently to Chevelle. I do listen to early Disciple and a little Red and POD but I tend to get bored with the sound. This is like that, good for a song or two is all.

I like the sound of this as it is more modic than a lot of the bands in this genre.  I might have to check this out.
