For me, it would have to be either Bloodgood or Stryper....and I would probably wind up going with Stryper. 

For secular, it would be KISS  (definitely a lot of material over the years) or The Beetles

A little harder than I would have thought.  Far and away, my favorite band is Crimson Moonlight, and I'd be hard pressed to choose against them.  But they don't have a large catalog.

I think Living Sacrifice.  Which is odd, because they've never been anywhere near "favorite band" status.  But they have had some strong forays into various sounds/genres, and just a ton of material generally.  I think they're the pick.
