I have to say musically it sounds decent and the lyrics are good. I know I'm going to sound like Simon Cowell of American Idol here but--- I didn't care for the vocals very much. Many times it was flat or off key. Keep practicing your vocals. You do have potential.

I have to agree with petrafan.  The music is cool, but the vocals are off pitch quite a bit.  Go back and redo those.  Even if you have to record simple instrumental track as a guide for the vocals, I would do something as the singer is definitely flat or just off pitch a lot.  This will hurt you if you don't.
