Shades of Crimson

Post by deathisgain on Fri Apr 03, 2015 3:22 pm

It's been a while since I listened to this band. Dug them out of the dusty iTunes player today. Such a solid band. If anyone is interested in some really good metal, these guys are it. It has Daniel Cordova (Vengeance Rising, Lambs Among Wolves, The Sacrificed) from here (Galations6.7) as well as Johnny Gonzales (Recon, Worldview & Lambs Among Wolves)

Good stuff. Where's the action? Looks like they haven't been around for a couple of years. Did they make a full album? ¡Quiero más!

Thanks Dig!!

David, we all got into different projects and separated for a bit.  We actually recorded a three more songs in 2012 and hope to release a couple of them this year. We have gotten back together and are writing new material. We already have label interest. So God willing, we'll get more released in the near future. PM me your address and I'll get you an EP.

Thanks,
Daniel

This sounds really good.  I'd like to hear more. The vocals seem familiar.

Something about the vocals seemed familiar to me from the first time I heard it. After hearing the ep a few times I figured it out... there is, in my opinion, a similarity to Josh Kramer of Saint.
