I'm really late to the party on this one!
I like the little I've heard (The Grand Experiment song). Is all of his stuff equally good? Where should I start?

I absolutely love "Sola Scriptura". That is the album that turned me on to Neal. I also like his work with Transatlantic

Umm...most of his stuff is better!
His concept albums starting from Testimony to Sola Scriptura are his best. Sola Scriptura is my favorite and it's his heaviest followed by One, so I'd check those two first. The album ? (Question Mark) is really good too if you like prog rock like Pink Floyd or Genesis with a solid concept and flow. Everything after that is more or less the same sort of thing just not as inspired honestly.
Oh, besides his solo music, Transatlantic's first two albums are really good and Spock's Beard's V album. I still prefer his best solo albums though because they're more directly Christian themed.

Re: Neal Morse
The only ones I have are the first covers album (which is awesome),and The Grand Experiment. Both are awesome but I have nothing to compare it to since I only have those 2. I ordered the deluxe version of The Grand Experiment from iTunes. I think it was $20.

Thanks guys. I ordered from his website: The Grand Experiment (deluxe), Sola Scriptura, and the first worship album (for something different).
