A grave warning...
I am a singer in a hard rock/metal band and we recently had to fire our guitarist. He was very good but he had a bad ego. So we began to audition new guitarists; I was not there for this as I was at work, the bass and drummer could tell if he had the chops to play our tunes. They guy plugged in his guitar, was getting his levels and...had a heart attack and died. He was only there 6 minutes. He was only 45. So lesson of this sad story is, go to your doctor at least once a year, pay attention to your body, if you aren't feeling right, err on the side of caution. This dude left two young kids without a father.

Re: A grave warning...
I'm very sorry to hear about that.
To help the rest of us: Did he have a family history of this? Did he have the high risk factors (smoking, obesity, high BP, high cholesterol)?

He was quite overweight and the bassist and drummer only met him that night (the drummer for a half and hour and the bassist six minutes), so not much to go on. The drummer is going to the wake tonight and the guy's family certainly appreciates that.

Oh wow, that's scary. If I'm honest, for a second I thought that was a Spinal Tap moment, but it's not pleasant to think that things like that can happen. May there be peace in this moment.
Re: A grave warning...
Most Americans (and Canucks) are woefully unhealthy, even those who may look healthy are full of toxins and have clogged digestive tracts. This is the drawback of living in an industrialized society. Take care of your temple or you will be leaving for your heavenly mansion earlier than expected and making those around you very miserable. You will reap what you sow by eating GMOs and processed/boxed food no matter how holy you are. You are also destroying your mind by malnourishing it.
Eat organic food including meats, cheeses, eggs, and REAL butter. Look up informative sites to help you change things around by cleansing and using supplements.

This was my first thought too.
My second thought was 'Grave Warning' would be a cool name for a band.
Third thought, take health seriously

My advice is to:
Cut sugar down to no more than 25g per day
Don't eat any processed foods
Don't eat any trans fats
Don't eat beef or pork very often
Exercise regularly
Make sure you're getting a good night's sleep
If that doesn't make you feel drastically better then I would go see a doctor.

Not everyone can afford to eat purely organic. If you have a large family, you will take an extreme amount of money out of the budget if you try to go organic. Heck, for me just to go gluten free has become more expensive. Why do you think that companies put out all the processed foods? Because they can make them cheaply and poor people will buy them. I doubt you'd go to a billionairs's mansion to eat Kraft Macaroni & Cheese or hotdogs. People who are struggling to make ends meet will eat like this to save money.

Then you should no what to do.
If your day is done and you want to run, ... just make sure it's organic without GMOs.
