I'll typically listen to house dance music when it's a cardio workout. It's gotta be something with a consistent beat. I save the thrash metal for heavy lifting.

When walking my mp3 player is on shuffle but when lifting it ranges between living sacrifice, blaster the rocket boy/man, scattered few and broken flesh

I listen to a lot of Demon Hunter, Memphis May Fire, Deliverance, Sleeping Giant, etc., when I am lifting.
