Need prayers for anxiety

All this news about the Corona Virus is just making me anxious and worried. I know that God is in control and I should be thankful that I do have an essential job which gives me some sense of normalcy, it's just that all I hear is doom and gloom and things getting worse and worse and it's not doing well for my mental health. Please pray for me to help me feel less worried and anxious.

I thing we're all struggling to some degree, praying for God's peace for you and all of us.

i suffer from anxiety too , worried that a loved one will get it, worried bout my parents who are currently well but live 90 mins away. I know God is in control so the mindset i have is if i contract it I am determined to recover from it. Its kept me going, with all this doom and gloom i can relate, plus i hear people complaining all day long with their technical troubles so I feel ya man.

I try to stay away from the news, 99% of the time it's nothing good or useful and you will hear more important things from people at work. I only monitor how many cases there are in my county.
It's been affecting me the same, to the point that I began skipping every other night, not sleeping at all.
Started reading the Bible a lot and focusing on that, made things a lot better.
Praying for you and for your family to be safe and at peace...
