I really liked the first "SOTO" release titled “Inside the Vertigo”, but I was rather disappointed with their second album “Divak” (from 2016). Vocally it was great, but musically it seemed frenzied and heavy with little in the way of hooks. After listening to this song it sounds more in line with that second release (so if you like this you should check out Divak). While certainly talented as a band of musicians it just isn’t what I want from Jeff so I will probably hold out for an new Jeff Scott Soto or W.E.T. release.
