Happy Easter.....errr......Resurrection Day!!!

I want to wish you all a very happy Easter, or Resurrection Day! My grandma wouldn't call it Easter unless you were talking about a particular bunny and egg hunts. She referred to today as Resurrection Day!

So, regardless of your traditions, I wish you the most blessed day as we remember the sacrifice of our Lord and Savior and His glorious resurrection and victory over death, Hell, and the grave. He is to be praised and receive all glory and honor forever and ever, amen!

If you couldn't tell, I was super pumped this morning! I had to preach both the sunrise service and main service this morning. This was the first time as a pastor leading the Easter/Resurrection Day message. I may have gotten a little excited!

Too bad we recorded the sunrise service. I didn't feel like I was on my A game. I brought it during the main service, though. I had decided I was gonna celebrate even if no one else did.

We went to the sunrise service and it was very nice. Perfect temps, not too cold, not too hot. Then we just relaxed the rest of the day. Happy Easter all (even if I am a day late and a dollar short!).
