One of my greatest discoveries over the last few years. Fast, heavy, melodic and epic fantasy themed power metal from Germany; as far as I'm concerned the first band that can actually live up to the comparison with Blind Guardian. All other bands that try reach the level of Tales from the Twilight World at best, while Evertale's album exceeds the level of Somewhere Far Beyond IMO. Maybe even on par with Imaginations from the Other Side.

Anyway, enough talking, let's hear some music:

You're welcome! By the way, their album was one of the few times that Felipe Machado Franco made a cover art that was actually getting close to being interesting.

Can't help myself, let's add their album ballad to show their bardry.

Pretty good. For my money, Orden Ogan does a great job with that sound.

Funny you mention Orden Ogan. In 2010 (around when Easton Hope came out), they were labeled as the "only legitimate successor of Blind Guardian". Well, they are not. Not exactly. While their music since then has been excellent, they're more like Running Wild than Blind Guardian. Not that that's bad... Wink
